Trying to figure out why this phone service is terrible. This alone will stop me from being a customer. No matter the time i have to call at least 6 times to get answer. Or they just fwd the call...

Don't waste your time with this place. I'm still trying to figure out how they are still in business.

And having children work your counter does not = good customer service, they're too busy googling their boyfriends when, they come up there and Tartar sauce on the counter in a bin with room temperature water is a recipe for food poisoning

When will this business we closing its doors permanently because I and have a great business idea for this building.

Highly doubt they're going anywhere anytime soon. Mason's is a staple in DeSoto!
